I have a user who has access to 10 different managers
calendars. She wants to be able to have all those
calendars open in seperate windows when she starts
Outlook 2003 running on Exchange 2003.

Open each person's calendar in a separate window. Once they are all open, cloe each one using the X in the upper right hand cornet. Then close Outlook. The next time you open Outlook, you should get all the windows.

It would have been nice if you had specified how to open each calendar in a
separate window. When trying to use File/Open/Other Users, Outlook 2003 just
opens the main calendar side-by-side with the other calendar, so it's not in
a separate window, like it used to do in Outlook 2000. I was able to figure
it out, by right-clicking on the calendar in the list of Other Calendars, and
selecting Open in New Window, but it would have been nice if that was
specified in the previous response.
