Automatically Accept Meeting doesn't work

Hello All!

We have OutlookXP and Exchange5.5. On some workstations, the "automatically
accept meeting" feature does not work even when the box is checked. Outlook
is set to process messages on arrival. What could be wrong? What can we do
to fix the problem? Any help is very much welcome.
