Automatically Accept Meeting doesn't work

Hi

I have a problem with Outlook 2000 SR-1 which don't
accept meeting request automatically. The check
box "Automatically Accept Meeting request and process
cancellation" was already checked. The secretary which
sent meeting request have rights on boss calendar. The
secretary work on Outlook 2000 too, the server are
Exchange 2000 Sp1 on windows 2000 Sp2.
