Automatically add contacts to an addressbook

Hi, I have found this thread

and am trying to get the VBA code refereed to by Sue Mosher to work in
Outlook 2003.

I am not a VBA programmer, nor do I know much about how to incorporate
the code into Outlook. Can someone lend me a hand?
