Automatically add people to Contacts

Can I have Outlook automatically put people I reply to into my Contacts?

I was able to do it in some earlier version of outlook, but havent been able to spot that option in outlook 2003. Any pointers would be very helpful

The full version of Outlook has never has this option. You can create one
