Automatically Add Trendline to Pivot Chart Query

Hello,

I have a pivot chart query that I run from a switchboard. Each time I run
the query it is pulling different information and so the query is re-running.

Everytime I re-run the chart, I need to re-add the trendline. Is there a
way to set it up so that the trendline is always there? I have searched the
boards, but cannot find anything about it.
