Automatically approve task updates

Using Project Server 2007 + April 2009 CU
Is it possible to develop some kind of service or event (using the PSI) that
automatically approves all task updates? I mean fully automatic, not having
to click the "Run all Rules" button. And yes, I'm aware of the "dirty data"
risk, but trust me in our case a service like this would do more good than
harm. Any ideas?
