Automatically backup tables

Is there a way to have Access automatically make a copy
of a table nightly?

I'm thinking, yeah this is simple.

Create a macro that runs a make table query. The hard part, I've never
scheduled a macro.

To add to the previous post,

Windows' own Task Scheduler can be used to run Access every night.
Access will not be able to schedule itself unless it's running all the time.

Use the Task Scheduler to run a vbs script.

Use the Task Scheduler to run Access with a /m startup switch (see help
files)

Leave Access running and use a Form with an active Timer event

Train the overnight cleaning staff

(My vote always goes to the first one)
