Automatically booking a 2nd resource

Hello,

Been searching for a while, but I'd like to book a second resource (a.k.a.
reception) while booking a meetingroom automatically.

1-way sync comes to mind, but I'd like to do it without installing an
additional 3rd party tool on the exchange 2003 server

Yeah, I know, adding the resource reception to the meeting request does it,
but that seems to be to much to be asked..
