Automatically change border with changing paper size

Hello,

I have a very frustrating problem. I have a Word 2007 report template
that has a border blue border and with page numbers in the bottom
right. Sometime the report needs an 11x17 page inserted into the
report.

To do this, I create a new section and and reassign the page number.
However, the border does not change with the paper size. When I try to
change the dimension of the border, it changes the border dimensions
on all pages.

Is there a way that when I add an11x17 page that the border will
resize automatically?

How do you want the border to change when you change the paper format? I
don't think there is a way to automate this in Word...

Note that when you make manual changes in the Borders and Shading dialog
box, make sure that "Apply to" is set to "This section" (as opposed to "Whole
document").

Whether a page border is set to "From edge of page" or "From text [i.e.,
margins," my expectation would be that the border size would change to
accommodate a different page size.
