Automatically change field color if data entered

Hi,

I would like to have a cell change color (let's say from
white to yellow) if I enter data in the cell.
Assume I have a workbook with empty cells.
I enter my name in cell A1 as soon as I move to cell A2,
cell A1 changes color to yellow. Is that possible?

Select A1.
Format > Conditional formatting
Change first box to FormulaIs
In second box type
=NOT(ISBLANK(A1))
Click Format, choose your yellow colour, and OK twice.
