Automatically Changes Text Size

I have an 8.5x11 document. If I change it to 11x17, Publisher
automatically changes most of the text size proportionally.

How do you prevent this?

I made sure "Do not autofit" is selected, but I think this is just for
the size of the text box.

I recall changing the page size in the past, and a dialog box asks if
I want to resize art, but it doesn't appear for this document.

my oh my, you do have a magical program there.
somehow you must have received the Mike K version by mistake.
Publisher re-sizes nothing when you change page size.

The only time Publisher will re-size anything is when using a page Wizard.
Publisher will not change your text frames or font sizes.

Can you remove the "Wizardness" from the text box?
