I can copy emails to a network accessible folder for others to see by
dragging them from the inbox to an external folder. It copies over as
an .msg file. I would like to set up some kind of rule that would copy
these automatically with a rule based on a few letters in the subject
line. Is there a way to do this ? We use outlook 2003 and are NOT on
exchange server. We use Outlook 2003 stand-alone on each machine and
pop the email.
