automatically create reminders for imported Birthdays/Anniversarys

I have imported into Outlook 2000, my contacts which includes their
birthdays and anniversaries. I have heard that there is a way to
create the reminders for all of those events without having to do each
one individually. I have this form (ReminderUpdate.frm) that is
supposed to be able to do it, but I don't know how to get it to run?

Can someone help me?
