Automatically creating text when a check box has been checked.

I have a protected template that includes check box form fields, text form
fields, and dropdown form fields. The document is about 20 pages in length
and has text fields build into it that enter duplicate information throughout
the document. I have had no problems with completing the template up to this
point.

Now I am working on adding a field or a modification that will add
informatioin located next to a check box at another point somewhere in my
document after checking a check box. I am wondering if there is a way to do
this. I have been researching this for the past few days, and have been
unable to find anything related.

You'll need to use a macro (Visual Basic for Applications) in order to
accomplish this. You might try posting in the Word programming group (VBA)
and someone there should be able to help you get started. :)
