AUTOMATICALLY DELETE MEETINGS FROM SENT FOLDER

B

Barbara

How do I auomatically delete Meeting Items from the sent
folder. I tried rules, but the only rule that I can create
that comes close, creates a copy of the item and moves it,
it does not move the original item.

ANY IDEAS???

Barbara,

You could create a rule to delete messages of class ipm.appointment when
sending a message. I am trying to understand why you would want to delete
the meeting though. As the organizer, the original meeting can yield
valuable information about attendees via the tracking tab.
