My team is using Project Server 2007 with PWA. They do task assignment to
lots of people and these people receive lots of tasks on a daily basis. The
problem that we are facing is once the tasks are completed how do we make the
tasks disappear in the task view/timesheet view. Is there a setting that we
need to set in Project Server, a script that we can create to automatically
turn these tasks off. Currently the only way to perform this is to manually
turn the tasks off when the task is completed/100% complete or 0 work
remaining.
