We have customers who, when they print/preview a report, would like to
automatically email a report to a specific recipient.
Everything seems to work fine, except when the report prints and they
'accept' it, on close of the report I run code and then:
DoCmd.SendObject acReport, stDocName, acFormatSNP, strEmailList, , ,
strEmailHeader, , False
This seems to work. However, a box pops up that says: "A program is trying
to automatically send e-mail on your behalf. Do you want to allow this?"
I do not want this box to appear and I cannot find any information in
Outlook or Access pointing me in the right direction to turn this off. I
would like to be able to send reports behind the scenes, to email recipients
as well.
Any advice is SOOOOOOOOOO SUPERLY appreciated!!
