By extending the functionality of the Out of Office Assistant it will be
possible to autmatically activate it. Just let the user enter some reasons
for being out of the office and connect it to the Out of Office Assistant.
E.g.: If the user is planning his holidays in his calendar or if he is
planning a training in his calendar and he has configured his Out of Office
Assistant the right way, the Out of Office Assistant will automatically be
activated during the period he has planned his holiday or training in his
calendar.
