automatically expand mail groups

I'm using Outlook 2003 and have it set up to group my e-mails according to
whom they're from. What I'm looking for is this: Is there a way to
automatically expand all my emails so I don't have to? I've thought about
using a macro, but I'm not sure how to do his.

This is the OneNote newsgroup, I think you meant to post this in the Outlook
