automatically fill cells

I have a row of cells and in them I want to put in a "Unit Price" and "Quantity" once I have entered the info in these two cells, I want two further cells in my row to automatically fill with "Total Cost" based on unit price and quantity and "price inc. VAT" and should happen as soon as I have entered my quantity

Has anyone got any idea how to accomplish this please - ripping my hair out :-
