Automatically forward as iCal to outside address

I'm trying to sync my work appointments with my "home" calendar (Exchange
hosted). I'd like to automatically forward the appointment request to my
home address when I accept it at work (there are numerous appointment
requests that I do not accept, so it needs to forward only those that I
accept). Is there a pre-packaged solution for this, or conversely, is there
a way to build a form to accomplish the task?
