automatically generated email using database query results? Possi

Hello,
I have created a website and online access database (coming soon) for a
group including members information and date their membership fees are due.
I would like to have the website run a query looking for who needs to pay and
then send them an email with custom subject line, body and hyperlink to a
payment page. I don't know programming, so I'm looking for something simple
or a third party solution if available. Any help would be appreciated.

You are probably going to need to learn how to hand code or get a developer to create custom coding for you
- you might find a prebuilt membership management system but it will most likely still require customization
