automatically import csv file into an existing table

I would like to automatically import csv (comma delimited
text file with a header row) file into an existing table.
I get these files weekly and would like to automatically
load them by clicking from my switchboard.
Can you please instruct on how to do this either by
creating a macro, or by code.
