Automatically mark a message as read

Hello -
I have an automatic filter set up to move all messages that have CONDOR in
the subject line to a folder. When they come in, I would also like to 1)
automatically mark these messages as read and 2) clear that "New Mail" icon
in the system tray.

Any help would be very appreciated.
