Automatically moving sent items to a different folder

For an installation of Outlook 2003, Service Pack 1

Is there a way to Automatically save items that normally go into the Sent
Items Folder to a different folder...specifically a folder outside of the
Exchange Mailbox in a local pst file?

This is in addition to the feature "In folders other than inbox, save
replies with original message" under advanced email option.

This would require a custom code solution. There is no such built-in feature.
