Automatically open custom stencil

Is there a way to define in Visio drawing or template, a custom stencil to be
automatically opened upon file open?

I have created a custom template and shapes. When my co-workers open them,
they always need to copy the stencil and open it manually which is a little
bit of pain as they are not very experienced with Visio.

I have found the problem!

My co-workers' Pc is non-English so their templates reside on their local
translation of "my documents/shapes". e.g. my documents is called xyz/abc in
Japanese.

I guess Visio saves the absolute path in the drawing. Not like other office
applications where "my document" is a windows specific "folder" not just a
directory name.
