We are using the FAXCOM for EXCHANGE in receiving faxes to a Faxcom server
with attahced .TIF copies of resumes. In Outlook 2000 the rules would allow
us to print the attachment and header sheet and then move the fax/email to a
folder outside of the inbox to prevent overloading. Outlook 2003 now
presents a message "You should only open attachments from a trustworthy
source". Well these are applicants and we have Norton AV to catch the viruses
but we need to print these resumes on receipt and move the email out of the
inbox before it fills to capacity. I have reviewed a great deal of the
security etc. and cannot find where this is a blocked type of attachment.
Any suggestions would be most welcome!
Thanks!
