Automatically print e-mail attachement when e-mail arrives

I need to setup Outlook so when e-mails are received with "Fax" in the
subject line, Outlook will automatically open the attachement (the fax) and
print the attachement to a designated printer. I have tried setting up the
Rules, however, there is no option for printing the e-mail attachment.
