Automatically publish projects

Hi,

Is there anyway (either SQL or PDS) to publish all projects on a scheduled
basis?

Or a way to force Project Professional to publish projects each time they
are save (other than the checkbox that you select for each individual
project).

We have problems with PMs forgetting to publish changes to their projects
and would like this to be done each evening or each weekend.

For this purpose, you should download the View Populator Tool for Project
Server 2003 at:

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...d5-3cdb-4a57-a1fd-748bf968d48b&DisplayLang=en

This tool allows you to do a batch publish of one or more projects without
using Microsoft Project Professional. You will need to run the tool
manually, however. Hope this helps.

Thanks Dale, that does exactly what I want except for the scheduled part.

I assume this is done via the PDS yet I can't find the appropriate action to
publish a project. If I can find that I can code my own solution that can be
scheduled.
