Hello all, hope this is the correct forum to ask this question. I'm
running Outlook 2002 with XP. As my day in the office gets busier, my
meeting schedule fills up, and sometimes i have 5 or 6 meetings during
the same time of the day. These get entered automatically in my
calender as i accept them. However, this presumes that I must take
the initiative for every meeting request and actively decide to accept
it or not.
What i am looking for is a something (macro, function, whatever) that i
can activate within Outlook so that for every meeting request outlook
automatically checks to see if there is a slot open where it could be
placed in my calendar. If so, then the meeting request shows up in
inbox and i can decide what to do with it. If the time slot in my
calendar is already, then outlook automatically rejects the meeting.
This then puts the onus on the person asking for the meeting to follow
it up and try to find a slot that is open.
Any help would be greatly appreciated....
