Automatically resizing rows (or columns) in a worksheet

I have a worksheet that fills cells via a VLOOKUP from
another worksheet. The data that comes back can be many
lines of text. I would like the row to automatically
resize itself so that it exactly fits the data. I know
how to do this manually, but is there a way to force the
resize when the new data is placed in the cell?

You could try Format, Cells, Alignment then click wrap
text. I would first highlight all the cells you want to
automatically resize then the steps above.
