Automatically send current Word document as attachment

I have asked this before, but have not been able to make
any solution work. I cannot use routing slips, as many
users do not have external e-mail access, so the e-mail
needs to go using our internal mail system. ( Outlook
2000 is the mail client)

I would prefer not to save the document if at all possible
before sending it. Basically I want a user to click
abutton and the document is sent automatically to a pre-
determined e-mail address.

My VB knowledge is very limited.
