Automatically Send Email with html or rtf text in the email body

Hi,

I use Access 2002 SP3 and outlook 2002 SP3. Automatically, I want to send
emails using Access . In the body of email I want to have the logo of our
company (i.e. .jpg) and a link to our web site. So I DONT WANT email with
plain text but email with html or rich text as body of email. Also I DONT
want this text to be atttachment.

any Help?
