Automatically Updated Address Book

I wanted to install Power Point on my computer, but it was
cheaper to just purchase an entirely new Microsoft
Office. When I installed everything, it updated all my
Office programs to the new versions. I had been using
Outlook Express, and still want to. When it updated
everything, it also automatically moved all my contacts
from Outlook Express to Outlook. I'm having the hardest
time trying to figure out how to move them back, or just
somehow copy all my addresses and paste them back into
Express. Please help. Thank you very much.

Ok, here is a simply way to do it. Highlight the contact
folder in the full Outlook version. Go to file -->
import/export and choose to export to a file. Export to
a "comma separated values (windows)" file. Choose the
folder exporting from ..CONTACTS. Notice where the file is
being saved (most like in MY Documents as BACKUP.CSV).
Once exported go to Outlook express, file , import, other
address book. Choose text file (comma separated values),
then import. Browse to the saved backup.csv file, click
open , then finish and you should be set.
