Automatically zip the mail attachments

HI, I want to know how can i make activate the setting on outlook 2003 where
it talks to PKzip (installed on machine) and zips the mail attachments
automatically before sending.

There are third party add-ons that do this. Search goolde for "Outlook
Automatic Zip"

You need to use an add-in for outlook to do that. For example you can use
