Automating an Email Macro

I was wondering if anyone knew how to do the following:
1) Have a pop-up activate when the macro is activated the first time to
prompt for an email address that is inserted into the properties of the
SendObject action.
2) Have this macro run on a certain day, say on a Friday, to send the
necessary report.
