Automating Autocorrect Entries

Ridge Kennedy

I'm interested in distributing some text and graphic elements in templates
via login script to our network users. AutoText appears to be the best
solution. The idea of being able to use keywords, however, as in
AutoCorrect entries, would be nice.

Is there a fairly direct way to automate (and maintain) AutoCorrect entries
across a network? Alternately is there a way to use keywords or codes to
insert AutoText? (in my tests, I can use AutoComplete "hints" for text --
but that doesn't work for graphics.

Thanks,

Ridge (in New Joisey)

I Ridge,

This article should point you in the right direction

How can I import and export all my AutoCorrect entries, so they can be
transferred to another machine?

The Autocomplete hints do work for graphics if you give your AutoText entry
a meaningful name.
