Hi I wonder if anyone can help?
There are 5 of us in our department and we currently put all our calender
information on one department calender which we can all access. This works
well but when other members of our organisation want to book a meeting with
us, they view our personal calenders and it looks like we are free when maybe
we are not as all our appointments are on the department calender. Is there
any way of automatically updating our personal calenders when we book an
appointment in our shared calender or vice versa?
