Automating Cell fill

I am creating a form in Word, using tables. One of the cells requires just a
fill of colour but with an option to pick just 3 colours, red, green and
blue, whilst in Form fillin mode.
Does anyone know how I can create a drop down for cell in a table that fills
it with colour.?

This looks nearly what i require but looks too complictaed to what I actually
need. I am a complete novice at Macros.
