Hi
I have an outlook 2003 custom form that users complete and send to the IT
team for IT assistance.
Users enter name, dept, tel number, workstation ID, issue etc. The form
works fine but I'd like to automate it further. Is there a way where I can
grab information such as name, dept, tel number from active directory to
auto-fill these fields?
