I have a spreadsheet, 4 pages, and on one page I have inserted (a lot) of
photos of people inducted. (Yes, I know, I should be using a database, but
corporate IT think that we're not clever enough for that...). I don't want
to have the pictures in another file, and link that to the spreadsheet. The
photos are all small (120 x 160 pixel), so the memory burden is not great.

How do I insert one of these pictures into a cell (or location) on another
sheet, using the picture name (all the pictures are named with the persons
payrol number). Even if I could enter the picture name in a cell, and run a
macro, it would do.
