Hello all,
I have been tasked at work to figure out how to automate the routing of forms, spreadsheets, and documents. We are looking for a way for a user to fill in a document or form, and then send it on to a recipient to make corrections. The form should keep the original along with the updated version. After the update, the recipient will pass it on to another for further revision, and so on until all the users supervisors have made their revisions. We also want the original user to automatically receive notification everytime the document is sent to another recipient. They wish to have the same capabilities with spreadsheets. They want this in one convenient easy to use package. Not asking alot are they ?!?
My question to this discussion group is, is this possible in office 2000 ? and if so how do I implement this on an enterprise level network ?
