Automating image capture directly into form control

Does anyone know of a way to capture am image from a
webcam and embed or link it directly into a form control
without the normal cutting/copying/pasting? What I want
to be able to do is have a parts inventory with a picture
available to help identify the part. I would like to be
able to just click a button and store the image
automatically into the database.
