Automating pasting filtered data

I have a download file that changes monthly, ie the rows
are with the related data will not be the same. I filter
it by business group and P&L type and paste value it into
various spreadsheets. I would like to automate this
process. However, even using relative reference recording,
the macro records a specific cell. How can I overcome this?
