Automating steps

Hi,
I am testing the Free Busy feature in Outlook. I am publishing my calendar
to a ftp site that requires authentication (and a log in). In order to
publish my calendar each day, I have to manually go to File-Open-Outlook Data
File-Look In- click on the drop down box and then select ftp site. Is there
anyway that I can create a short cut or macro to automate these steps? I am
currently using Outlook 2002 SP3.
