Automating the Fax Consle to send faxes

I have a work sheet that I want to send via the fax console to a number of
individuals listed from a seporate look up sheet. Can the console be set up
to automatically look for an "X" or Check mark next to someones name on an
Excel Work sheet and then fax out?
