automation and Find.execute

I am using Find.Execute to search and replace text.
According to the docs, i can also insert tabs aand paragraphs using ^t and
^p. And according to the same Word-VBA helpfile, there should be a list
with all these special key-codes. I cannot find that list, did any of you?

OK, got it. Now comes the next question, how can i use these codes to insert
a bullet-list?
