Automation error '-2147417848 (80010108)' excel 2007

I have a workbook that works on every version of office including 2007 except
for 1 person. My question is simple. Is there a setting in Excel or windows
that could cause this the below error?

Run-Time error '-2147417848 (80010108)' Automation error: The object invoked
has disconnected from its clients.
