Automation Error - Application.GetNamespace("MAPI")

I have an application that runs fine on all but one (to my knowlege only one)
workstation.

On this workstation (Windows XP and Office 2003) when the application (COM
Add-in) encounters set NS = Application.GetNamespace("MAPI") it throws the
following error:Automation error - The specified module could not be found.

What am I missing here???
